You Don't Need A Perfect Plan.
     You Need A Playable One.

Most students are told to “figure it out.” Creating Bridges Over Barriers helps them build a path. Through interactive, gamified experiences, students learn how to take ownership, track their progress, and start leveling up in real time.

Built for Connection. Designed for Growth.

Connection is the entry point. Action is the goal. Through meaningful conversations and interactive experiences, students actively build confidence, leadership, and a sense of ownership they can carry beyond the moment.

How Students Level Up

1. Engage

Students are pulled in through high-energy, interactive experiences that make them feel seen, heard, and part of something bigger.

2. Reflect

Students are challenged to think differently about themselves, their choices, and what’s actually holding them back.

3. Take Action

Students don’t just listen, they participate. They begin applying what they’ve learned in real time.

4. Level Up

Students leave with a clear sense of ownership, confidence, and a path forward they can continue building on.

Our Founder - Jordan Washington

Jordan Washington is the founder of Creating Bridges Over Barriers and is redefining how students experience personal growth.

After earning a full-ride scholarship through leadership and academic excellence, he spent over a decade in Human Resources building systems that turn learning into measurable development.

Today, Jordan brings that same approach to students, designing experiences that go beyond inspiration. His work focuses on helping students take action, track their growth, and build a path forward so they don’t just feel motivated, they know how to move.

Ways to Bring This to Your Students

Every experience is designed to move students from connection to action to growth. Whether it’s a single assembly or ongoing mentorship, the goal is the same: help students start building a path they can actually follow.

Our Clients Say

Coaching
During his two years coaching soccer at St. Marcus, Jordan Washington made a remarkable
impact on both our program and our students. He was dependable, spiritually grounded, and led with a genuine heart for mentorship. Jordan’s influence extended far beyond wins and losses,
he helped young athletes grow in character, faith, and discipline.
Several of his former players went on to compete at the high school level, including one who now captains the team at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, which speaks to the foundation Jordan helped build. His ability to inspire, teach, and connect with students made him one of the most respected coaches in our program.
