Meet Jordan Washington

Helping Students Find Their People And Build Their Place.

Jordan Washington believes every student deserves more than motivation. They deserve a place where they feel seen, valued, and connected. Through Creating Bridges Over Barriers, he helps schools build stronger communities by equipping students with the confidence, relationships, and leadership skills to thrive.

After earning a full-ride scholarship through leadership and academic excellence, Jordan spent more than a decade in Human Resources designing learning and leadership systems that helped people grow. That experience shaped his belief that lasting growth doesn't happen by chance, it happens when people feel connected, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their journey.

Today, Jordan brings that same philosophy into schools through interactive assemblies, workshops, and mentorship experiences that move students beyond inspiration. His mission is simple: help every student find their people, build their place, and become someone who helps others belong.

Three Ways to Build Belonging at Your School

Whether you're looking for a one-time assembly or a long-term student development program, every experience is designed to help students build confidence, strengthen relationships, and become contributors to your school community.

Our Clients Say

Coaching
During his two years coaching soccer at St. Marcus, Jordan Washington made a remarkable
impact on both our program and our students. He was dependable, spiritually grounded, and led with a genuine heart for mentorship. Jordan’s influence extended far beyond wins and losses,
he helped young athletes grow in character, faith, and discipline.
Several of his former players went on to compete at the high school level, including one who now captains the team at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, which speaks to the foundation Jordan helped build. His ability to inspire, teach, and connect with students made him one of the most respected coaches in our program.
